Our dance party is a high-energy, early evening for women to connect, laugh, have a blast dancing it out together… belting those songs we love… leaving glowing, spreading GOOD ENERGY!

DOORS OPEN AT 6:30pm – We start early, but not too early – hopefully allowing you a chance to breathe after today’s rat race rush.
LAST DANCE WRAPS AT 9:30pm SHARP – You’ll leave exhilarated, not exhausted.
You’ll walk out with heart full, body moved, connecting with yourself and others, soul lifted – glistening in the kind of good energy glow that feels sooo good. With new friends you’ve just met.
